This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
